Overall Assessment Using Rating Scale

Best used for assessing overall performance for a given competency using a rating scale. This question type is special in that the values it gathers will automatically be aggregated and shown on the respective reports that show summaries. Because of that, it is a best practice to only use one or two of these on a given evaluation form. If you're looking to assess many items, consider using the Rate Items Using Rating Scale question type instead.
