While learners have the ability to create their own evaluation requests, it can also be beneficial to have administrators request evaluations on behalf of learners. This feature allows admins to do just that.
Once logged into the website, select the evaluation channel for the type of evaluation you'd like to request. Here we've selected procedures:
Once in the correct channel, click the user you'd like to request an evaluation for and the type of evaluation that you'd like to request. That should bring you to the insights page. On the insights page you'll see a green button that says "request evaluation":
Click the green button. Next, select the person you'd like to request the evaluation from.
At this point you'll be presented with a form where you can submit the evaluation request. Here you'll be allowed to modify the date of the encounter you're requesting the evaluation for. Depending on the evaluation type, you may also have additional questions that allow you to be specific about the encounter you're requesting information for. All of these fields are completely optional.
When you're ready to submit the request, click the submit button. At this point, the faculty member will receive notifications to respond to the evaluation request.
