Import Questions From Another Evaluation Form

Allows the import of some or all of the questions from another evaluation form into the evaluation form that is being edited. Data submitted using this question type will populate evaluation count and summary data for both this evaluation form and the source evaluation form. This type of "question" is valuable for roll-up evaluations when you want to evaluate a number of different areas, such as at the end of a rotation.

Grouping Questions

A common scenario when importing forms is to import multiple evaluation forms that share a template, and thus, share similar questions. Consider a set of evaluation forms whose template looks like this:

Importing 2 of these, which each has it's own Overall Entrustment Question, will result in a form that looks like this:

You'll notice that Difficulty of Case and Comments are shown twice, once for each imported form. In the case where you want to only show these questions once, you can click the group questions dropdown and choose which questions you'd like to group. If you grouped Difficulty of Case and Comments the resulting form would look like this:

Effect on Individual Forms and Reporting

When questions are grouped like this, the values collected are replicated to each of the forms gathered. Thus, the activity feed of the "Management of Acute Pain Out of the OR" and "Management of Chronic Pain" EPAs would show the Difficulty of Case and Comments gathered in this form.
