myTIPreport now allows you to bulk import and bulk synchronize rotation schedules with an Excel spreadsheet. This allows programs to export their rotation schedule from any scheduling service and import it into myTIPreport with a few clicks. Directions for performing the import can be found here.
The rotations module allows for Milestone, procedure, EPA, and custom evaluations to be linked to the rotations that make sense for your program. Further, it enables rotation summative assessments and enhanced automation of evaluation requests and notifications. Bulk import of rotation schedules removes the largest administrative barrier to using the rotation module and we encourage everyone to consider how the rotations module could help your program.
