myTIPreport now supports the ability to create custom evaluation forms that span milestone subcompetencies while also cherry-picking the milestone elements that come from each subcompetency:
This feature is useful for creating special assessments that need to span different milestone areas for formative or end-of-rotation feedback. It reduces both the cognitive overhead as well as time it takes for busy faculty members to fill out evaluations. Full details on how to take advantage of this new feature can be found here. In addition, data submitted using these new types of forms still allow data to flow back to the milestone channel so it can be used for milestone calculations.
