As you know, myTIPreport has some of the best reporting capabilities in the business, and we do our best to understand what our customers really want. Based on customer feedback, we recently spent some time improving the “Summary Report” view to make it more useful.
As you can see above, Insights are now shown in this view, giving you an easy-to-find complete view of a learner for a specific channel.
Based on your reporting desires, you can also customize what’s shown on this page. This may be useful if you need to print or export specific data to drive a compliance review or other meeting.
