Action Discoverability Improvements

Here at myTIPreport we pride ourselves on making our product both easy-to-use and visually appealing. As part of our continued pursuit of that goal, we’ve made improvements to the actions interface on the summary view. The goal of this change is to:

  1. Improve discoverability of the actions available to you in a given context.
  2. Reduce clicks for accessing some of the more advanced actions.
  3. Add consistency for the action experiences between the phone app and website.

The resulting change is that you’ll now see the following experience on the website:

For both experiences, the most commonly used action will appear as the primary action and the less commonly used actions will be available in the “More…” menu. We determine what the primary action is and what actions are available in the “More…” menu based on your current role and the type of evaluation form that you’re interacting with.
