Recently at CREOG APGO we were talking with a few residents who use myTIPreport and asked them if they had any feedback for us. One of them mentioned that the phone app view that shows their feedback was loading slower more recently. Upon investigating this, we found that the feedback list in the phone app doesn’t scale well with a high number of feedback interactions. Specifically, once a learner has more than 100 feedback interactions, it can take 5 seconds or longer for the list to load.
We know that your time is valuable so we made it a priority to speed up this scenario. Loading the list of recent feedback for a user with over 100 evaluations is now 6-10x faster and that speed will not degrade as the number of evaluations increase. Further, we’ve updated the design of the list so that it looks nicer.
These changes are present in version 3.16.0 of the app that was released recently. That version will roll out to everyone automatically over the next few weeks. If you want it sooner you can manually update your app via the app store on your device.
