Respond To Expired Requests In The Web

To encourage timely feedback, feedback requests in myTIPreport expire after two weeks (by default). Just because a request expires though shouldn’t mean that you’re unable to provide the feedback that was requested. With today’s update, you can now view and respond to expired and declined requests in the web. Additionally, requests now have a new entry point that makes them accessible via the navigation menu.

We’re in the process of bringing a similar change to the phone app and we’ll make another announcement when that’s ready.
