We’re currently working on a set of features that will allow learners (residents, fellows, etc.) to give feedback on the faculty members they work with. We envision that one of the most common ways that type of feedback will be initiated is by administrators assigning evaluations. myTIPreport’s assign evaluation workflow has been limited in that it only allowed one person to be assigned an evaluation each time an assignment was made. In other words, there was no way to bulk assign evaluations for a given user.
As part of the new set of features we’re delivering for teacher feedback, we’ve added the ability for administrators to bulk assign evaluations. This new feature is live now and works for learner feedback as well. When an administrator goes to assign evaluations, the experience will feel similar to how it did in the past, except now they’ll have the option to select many users before submitting the feedback:
